Job summary

IUSCA is seeking an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach to design and deliver programmes for University of Minnesota Duluth varsity teams, including strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, conditioning and athlete testing.

The role supports weight-room infrastructure and operations; a bachelor's degree is required, CSCS certification, with a master’s degree preferred, and IQF Level 6 alignment guiding responsibilities and expectations.
