Job summary

University of Dayton Athletics is seeking an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach to support football and other sports. You will implement strength and conditioning programs, teach techniques, and guide student-athletes on healthy nutrition with inputs from coaches and sports medicine staff.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree, CSCS/CSCCa certification, football conditioning experience, and a valid driver's license, with occasional evenings and weekends and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CSCS or CSCCa certification required.
• Experience training football collegiate athletes.
• 2+ years of collegiate strength & conditioning experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach the philosophy and techniques of strength and conditioning to student athletes.
• Assist with football and other sports in program design.
• Instruct foundations of a healthy nutrition lifestyle.
• Design and implement year-round performance enhancement programs.
• Maintain and upkeep of performance facilities.
• Collaborate with coaches and sports medicine staff.
