The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletics Department seeks a Strength and Conditioning Coach to design and implement individualized conditioning, strength, speed, and flexibility programs for student-athletes.

The role requires CSCS or SCCC certification, a Bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science, and at least three years of full-time experience at the collegiate or professional level, with a focus on excellence and adherence to NCAA rules.

• Bachelor’s degree in sport and exercise science or related field.
• CSCS or SCCC certification required.
• Three years of full-time strength and conditioning experience at collegiate or professional level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized conditioning programs for student-athletes.
• Lead strength, speed, and flexibility training.
• Promote department policies and NCAA/regulations compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to advance training methods.
