Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue and operations for multiple collegiate retail locations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with athletic seasons and campus initiatives.
• Build and develop store managers and leadership teams across the region.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA licensing and university policies.
• Collaborate with university partners and licensing offices to maximize brand engagement.
