College of Southern Nevada, North Las Vegas campus, is seeking a part-time proctoring assistant to support testing services. The role involves exam proctoring, handling inquiries in person and by phone, and maintaining confidential test content under FERPA.

The position is up to 20 hours per week with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. Applicants must meet FAFSA/Student Employment Award requirements and complete required attachments in the CSN application process.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in testing/proctoring environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with FERPA and student privacy expectations.

Aufgaben

• Proctor exams for placement, CSN instructors, and other exams while keeping all test content and results confidential under FERPA.
• Assist with testing questions and general inquiries in person and on the phone.
• File paperwork, data entry, and archiving old files.
• Clean office furniture, computers, and other general office cleaning.
• Participate and assist in campus events.
• Additional duties as assigned.
