Responsibilities

• Answer voice mails, emails, and phone calls.
• Set up appointments and test proctoring with students and faculty.
• Handle sensitive information and testing materials confidentially.
• Maintain lab check-in procedures and schedules.
• Monitor lab equipment and ensure labs stay clean.
• Promote WNC programs to communities served.
