Responsibilities

• Administer and proctor exams and tests.
• Assist front desk with greeting and information for students, instructors, and guests.
• Maintain logbooks and files related to testing.
• Access and use Greymatter and RegisterBlast for tracking and appointments.
• Answer questions in person and by phone regarding testing services and CSN information.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
