Job summary

University of Georgia seeks an Academic Services Professional/Co-Director to lead undergraduate advising across the Mary Frances Early College of Education, coordinating advising staff and supporting strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Programs, this role provides leadership for two Lead Academic Advisors and indirect supervision to multiple advisors, while managing budgets and promoting student success through office operations and campus partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in academic advising or student services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advising for Teacher Preparation and CMSD majors; coordinate with the Director of Academic Advising.
• Supervise and support advisors; lead development of advising staff.
• Assist with budget development and strategic college initiatives.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support curriculum and student success.
