Job summary

You will build developmental relationships, create personalized success strategies, and use academic and engagement data to tailor outreach, helping students define and pursue goals. The role involves managing a caseload, coordinating with faculty and campus partners, and linking students to tutoring, counseling, financial aid, and career services, contributing to data-informed student success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years in higher education or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with student information systems or data tracking tools.
• Level II requires Bachelor's; Master’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in higher education.
• Level III requires Master’s; 5+ years experience with 2+ years as College Success Coach at LU.
• Strong mentoring, team support, and data-driven coaching proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build developmental relationships through one-on-one coaching, group interactions, and follow-up communications.
• Use data-informed outreach to support students’ academic, personal, and vocational goals.
• Manage a caseload, collaborate with faculty and campus partners, connect students to tutoring, counseling, financial aid, and career services.
• Contribute to broader student success initiatives and adhere to LU policies and mission.
