Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with first-year, second-year and transfer students via phone, email, text or face-to-face.
• Assist students in adapting to academic rigor and CU processes and policies.
• Act as campus liaison to connect students with tutoring, advisors and other offices.
• Inform, motivate and encourage student success and life skills.
• Monitor student progress data and coordinate with offices to support retention.
• Organize Student Success Workshops, New Student Orientations and campus events.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to promote Academic Support visibility.
• Navigate Workday for schedules, changes and data tracking; contribute to committees as needed.
