Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least two years of related experience in higher education advising or student services.
• Masters degree and Guided Pathways experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive academic advising for current students with workshops and regular advising sessions.
• Monitors student progress, uses data to identify retention risks and supports goal setting.
• Collaborates with multiple college offices to orient, advise, and assist students throughout their academic career.
