Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required and five years of relevant professional experience.
• Three years of administrative supervision of staff are required.
• Experience with student success initiatives and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and day-to-day operations of student support services.
• Coordinate new student orientation, course placement, and first-year experience programming.
• Lead grant management, compliance, and reporting for programs such as CAPS and Perkins.
• Leverage data analytics to track student progress and inform interventions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with deans, directors, faculty, and staff.
