Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or Marketing is required.
• At least three years of related experience is preferred.
• Must be able to pass CRC background check if offered a position.

Responsibilities

• Advises current and prospective students with academic decisions and career development.
• Advises students on class selection, test scores, transcripts, and program plans.
• Provides recruitment, admissions, testing, and advising services across MATC locations.
• Explains program requirements and career pathways to applicants.
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online.
• Collaborates with MATC staff to support student referrals and progress.
