You will manage existing partner relationships and actively build a new business pipeline, delivering integrated sponsorship campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, and in-venue experiences.

The role requires a proven sales background, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends for game days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience focused on client relationships.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• CRM systems experience in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for game days.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling integrated sponsorship packages.
• Manage a defined book of business with renewals and new deals.
• Develop proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Build relationships with partners and university stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign deliverables.
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Participate in renewal planning and game-day events.
