Qualifications

• Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state.
• Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates recruitment and outreach activities to recruit, admit and enroll students to an assigned college.
• Develops and oversees strategic plans to recruit students and collaborate with marketing and advising teams to promote programs.
• Represents the college at recruiting events and builds relationships with external stakeholders.
• Creates and delivers presentations to diverse audiences, including high school students and counselors.
• May develop and manage a budget for recruiting and outreach activities.
• Supervises student employees.
