General Summary

• Develops, implements and evaluates recruitment and outreach activities, strategies and programs to recruit, admit and enroll students to an assigned college at the University.

Major Duties

• Develops, implements and oversees strategic plans to recruit students with an emphasis on recruitment and retention. Develops and implements policies and procedures.
• May collaborate with marketing and advising teams to create and manage marketing strategies and materials, including the college website and social media in order to promote programs and activities consistent with college enrollment goals.
• Represents the college at recruiting events, including high schools, open houses, community colleges and other outreach events. Builds and maintains relationships with external stakeholders.
• Creates and delivers presentations to a wide variety of audiences, may include high school students and counselors, community organizations and college students.
• May develop and manage a budget for recruiting and outreach activities.
• Supervises student employees.
