Job summary

Missouri Western State University is seeking an energetic Admissions Recruitment Coordinator to join the Admissions team. The coordinator will manage a geographic territory, present MoWest to prospective students and families, and travel for college fairs and high school visits.

The role is based on the Missouri Western campus and runs year-round, with typical hours and travel as required by recruitment cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in student recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruiting territory and builds relationships with counselors, high schools and community colleges.
• Communicates with students in person and by email, phone and text.
• Assists with internal and external materials and monitors competitors’ outreach.
• Recruits students from diverse backgrounds including non-traditional and transfer students.
• Supports on-campus recruitment and orientation events.
• Attends day, night and weekend college fairs during the recruitment cycle.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
