Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ year of university recruiting or university relations experience.
• Experience supporting advising or university relations teams is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with recruiting/event platforms (Yello preferred, Handshake a plus).
• Familiarity with Workday or other ATS systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements including hair follicle

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodations, interview logistics, and expense tracking and reimbursements.
• Manage candidate tracking systems and applicant distribution.
• Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruiting events (shipping, tracking, setup, returns).
• Assist with planning and execution of summer intern programs.
• Set up and manage events in Yello (scheduling, interview panels, event details).
• Mange vendor relationships, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Partner with University Relations Advisors and Program Leads.
• Onboarding, project coordination, mentor assignments.
• Intern events, field trips, and presentations.
• Performance evaluations and offer processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and campus participation data.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly Talent Acquisition reporting.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and Affinity Action requirements
