Job summary

Qualifications
- HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement expertise.
- Ability to supervise a team of technicians.
- Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings.
- Must meet Virginia certifications and licensing requirements.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
- Valid Virginia Driver's License.
- Experience with building automation and control systems.

- Oversee daily HVAC operations across multiple campus locations.
- Supervise HVAC staff, ensure safety, compliance, and efficient work.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
