The University of South Carolina's McCausland College of Arts & Sciences seeks a Human Resources Manager to support faculty and staff, guide HR operations, and serve as a trusted resource for academic units. You will coordinate hiring, reappointment for various positions, review position descriptions, and advise on policy adherence while partnering with unit HR contacts.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Higher Education HR and with PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleAdmin.
• Knowledge of University policies and personnel operations; strong written and oral communication; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist with HR operations for the College of Arts and Sciences; coordinate hiring, reappointment, and HR actions for faculty, staff, adjuncts, and students.
• Coordinate HR processes for hiring and reappointment of various positions; ensure unit approvals and compliance with policies.
• Support faculty reviews and milestones; assist with documentation, records, and reporting.
