Job summary

College Success Foundation in Washington state seeks an Advisor to guide middle and high school students toward college readiness and successful transitions. The role employs a whole-school approach, partnering with administrators, staff, and CSF colleagues to deliver targeted and universal services.

The Advisor provides one-on-one advising, supports college planning, and tracks student progress using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Social Work, or relevant field.
• Two years of experience in mentoring, youth development, education, teaching or counseling.
• Experience with diverse populations and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver college and career content to promote readiness.
• Provide one-on-one advising to support planning and outcomes.
• Collaborate with principals, staff and partners to sustain CSF programming.
• Input data into Salesforce to monitor progress and reporting.
• Attend CSF meetings and trainings, including occasional evenings/weekends.
• Track and reconcile monthly program expenses.
