Job summary

College Possible Washington is seeking a Success Advising Specialist to support college students with financial aid, course registration, internships, and career exploration through both virtual and in-person methods.

You will manage a caseload, travel to King County campuses, and collaborate with partner institutions to help students persist and graduate. Strong communication, data-management, and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years mentoring, advising, or coaching high school and/or college students.
• Experience designing student communications and lesson resources.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office suite.
• Ability to travel to partner sites at least weekly.

Responsibilities

• Direct student support in financial aid, course registration, internships, and career exploration.
• Coach students toward milestones and maintain regular caseload communication.
• Enter and maintain data in Salesforce; generate trend reports.
• Travel to King County campuses 4x per month for in-person meetings.
• Attend events, support recruitment, and provide program logistics.
