Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Ohio School Counseling License preferred but not required.
• Experience in academic advising, youth development, or education-based support.
• Familiarity with ProgressBook/EMIS and QuickBase systems; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through academic planning, credit audits, and graduation requirements.
• Support college & career readiness, FAFSA completion, and transcript requests.
• Provide social-emotional guidance and coordinate referrals for mental health supports.
• Assist with testing prep and data verification for accountability checks.
