• Assist scholars with admissions and financial‑aid applications.
• Organize and host workshops for families on financial aid and postsecondary options.
• Build productive relationships with principals, counselors, and teachers.
• Maintain confidentiality and regularly report progress to the program director.
• Support program evaluation and long‑term sustainability efforts.
