Fanatics Collect is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Los Angeles to support Sales reps, manage client communications across auctions, fixed price marketplace, and vault services. You will partner with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience and drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes organized, responsive, customer-focused service for collectors and buyers, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced collectibles business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing support, operations, or sales assistant role.
• Background in sales or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, or sports memorabilia is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Support daily communications (phone, email, text, social media) with clients across Fanatics Collect sales channels
• Assist Sales Reps in managing and growing relationships with collectors, both buyers and sellers
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and internal requests related to submissions, curation, invoicing, and asset transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill sales support requests
• Maintain accurate records of asset submissions and track post-sale data
• Perform ongoing customer account maintenance and data entry
• Provide high-touch customer service with urgency and professionalism
• Support team operations through administrative tasks and special projects as needed Uphold the highest standards of communication, organization, and responsiveness
