Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to engage potential customers across auctions and marketplace channels. You will communicate by phone, email, text, and social media to facilitate private sales and vault storage, while coordinating with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support to answer questions and drive deals.

You will also maintain sales reports, onboard new business-to-business partners, and travel to trade shows to represent the company and build relationships

• Contact potential customers and provide direct communication via phone, email, text, and social media for auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage.
• Respond to client questions about submissions, curation, invoices, and buying/selling assets, and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support.
• Maintain reports and track sales data, facilitate private sales, onboard new business-to-business partners, and travel to trade shows.
