Job summary

Fanatics Collect is seeking a Vintage Sales Representative to support the Sales team by contacting potential clients, reporting sales statistics, and confirming merchandise for auction, fixed price sales, or vault storage.

You will maintain proactive client communication, respond to inquiries, track asset submissions and final sale data, and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support to deliver elite service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the trading card market.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct communication with clients outlining Fanatics Collect services via auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage.
• Respond to issues and questions from direct clients about submissions, curation, invoices, and asset buying/selling.
• Keep current with trends and timing in the trading card market.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support for day-to-day client needs.
• Maintain reports of asset submissions and track data on final sales.
• Facilitate private sales and onboard new business partnerships.
