Fanatics Collect is seeking a Vintage Sales Representative to support the Marketplace department. The role involves direct client outreach, managing auctions, fixed-price sales, and vault storage coordination to optimize asset turnover.

Ideal candidates will bring a sales background, knowledge of trading cards, and strong communication skills. This remote position may require travel to trade shows and close collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct communication with clients outlining Fanatics Collect services through auctions, fixed price marketplace, private sales, and vault storage.
• Respond to issues and questions from direct clients regarding submissions, curation, invoices, and buying/selling assets.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales Support for day-to-day client needs.
• Maintain asset submission reports and track data related to final sales.
• Onboard new B2B partners and travel to trade shows as needed.
• Deliver elite customer service with urgency.
