Job summary

Mobility Credit Union seeks a seasoned Manager of Member Solutions to organize and direct all operations of the department, focusing on collections. You will oversee late, delinquent, and charged‑off accounts, ensure compliance, and coordinate activities to support credit union objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, evaluating performance, reviewing policies, and communicating trends to management.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification required.
• Three to five years of related collections experience.
• Thorough knowledge of collections, servicing, bankruptcy procedures, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Member Solutions Department.
• Supervise collections functions for delinquent accounts.
• Train and evaluate staff; perform performance reviews.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate actions.
• Oversee remarketing of repossessed collateral and recovery.
• Communicate trends in loan underwriting and delinquency to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
