Job summary

You will develop the team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Sales while documenting processes to strengthen performance. A2+ years AR experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or 2+ years in AR/Collections.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts, collections, reconciliation, and disputes.
• Collaborative, cross‑functional partner who communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Collections team, setting daily priorities and providing coaching.
• Oversee daily workflow, monitor volume, and adjust assignments to meet goals.
• Support delinquent or complex accounts and escalate as needed to resolve issues.
• Document processes, maintain SOPs, and drive workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Billing, Sales, and Operations to improve collection outcomes.
