TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Supervisor- SSC Collections to lead and train a team of collectors, driving resolutions on delinquent accounts and protecting company cash flow. You will review aging reports, escalate with branches, and manage performance to exceed targets.

Travel will be limited; frontline coverage is required during absences, and collaboration with branch management is essential to drive long-term payment solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years related experience in a collections leadership role.
• Elevator industry or service related field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret business contracts, technical procedures and government regulations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors collection efforts to exceed goals and maximize cash flow.
• Reviews aging reports and escalates with branch/region management to resolve payments.
• Monitors performance through monthly AR reviews and enforces accountability.
• Provides frontline collections coverage during absences and vacancies.
• Collaborates with branch management to act on required items and drive resolutions.
