Westlake Financial is seeking a Servicing Department Junior Collections Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach agents, and ensure compliance. The role requires supervising 15+ staff, maintaining call quality, and coordinating performance reviews.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong policy interpretation, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor/manager role with 5+ direct reports.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Servicing Department call coverage and performance.
• Review reports for compliance; coach staff and resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor calls, audits, attendance, and coaching logs; conduct training sessions.
