Westlake Financial is seeking a Servicing Department Junior Supervisor in Agoura Hills, CA to lead a 15+ person team, ensure coverage, coach staff, and drive training under supervision. This role focuses on call handling, compliance, and performance monitoring within the Servicing department.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Light travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor/manager role.
• Experience with teams of 5+ direct reports.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Servicing Department operations and staff performance.
• Coach and train agents, monitor calls and adherence.
• Manage workload, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance and collaborate with management.
