Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Servicing Department Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure adequate call coverage, and coach staff for performance and compliance. You will review reports, resolve escalated issues, and support leadership in implementing procedures across the team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to interpret policies, and experience supervising a multi-person team. A flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings may be needed.
