Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Servicing Department Supervisor in California to support the management team, ensure proper call-volume coverage, review compliance reports, and coach staff. You will resolve escalated issues and lead training initiatives while coordinating workflow and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong organizational skills, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor/manager role with 5+ direct reports.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and extended hours.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent accounts and determine contacts for collection.
• Organize workload and assign accounts to collectors.
• Monitor staff performance and refine telephone techniques.
• Oversee compliance and review reports for accuracy.
• Provide lead support and resolve escalated issues.
• Train and coach servicing staff; develop team.
• Maintain attendance and coaching logs; conduct reviews.
• Travel light as needed and support weekend coverage.
