Job summary

• High School Diploma required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or manager role with a team of 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent account records to determine customers to contact for overdue payments.
• Organize workload and assign accounts for collection based on delinquency.
• Monitor staff and recommend effective telephone techniques.
• Verify accuracy of accounts and authorize or refer for repossession and legal actions.
• Supervise clerical workers and coordinate department activities.
• Prepare schedules, expedite workflow, and issue instructions.
• Maintain coaching logs, attendance records, and conduct performance reviews.
