Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Junior Collections Supervisor for the Servicing Department. Under minimal supervision, you will assist the Management Team, supervise 15+ staff, review reports for compliance, and support coaching and training initiatives.

You will help ensure adherence to procedures, maintain attendance records, and manage delinquent accounts with a focus on performance and customer care. The role requires a high school diploma with two years in a supervisory role, English and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Supervisor or manager role with 5+ direct reports.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to maintain an 8-hour shift with overtime, weekends, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Servicing Department staff (15+ employees).
• Monitor calls and ensure proper handling and compliance.
• Coach agents and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Organize trainings and oversee coaching logs.
• Ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, and annual reviews.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
