Westlake Financial is seeking a Servicing Department Junior Collections Supervisor in Agoura Hills, CA. The role focuses on guiding a team of 15+ agents, overseeing call handling, performance reviews, and training to improve collections outcomes.

Under minimal supervision, you will ensure coverage, monitor reports, and escalate issues as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Servicing Department operations and ensure proper staff coverage.
• Review reports for compliance and coach staff on performance.
• Monitor calls and conduct training sessions for underperformers.
• Maintain attendance records and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Directly supervise 15+ employees and coordinate workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle escalated issues professionally.
