RemoteLeads is seeking a Collections Specialist for a 3-month remote contract. The role focuses on resolving client payment issues, following up on outstanding accounts, and meeting collection quotas.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit histories, processing applications, and collaborating with finance to protect assets. The candidate should be in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and provide personal equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Proven ability to meet collection quotas and targets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, billing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to meet collection quotas and performance targets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for handling payment concerns and difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, accountable approach focused on resolving outstanding accounts.
• Ability to follow credit, collections, compliance, and documentation procedures.
• Availability for the full 3-month contract period.
• Availability to work in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and provide personal work equipment, including a laptop and headset.
