Responsibilities

• Investigating customer discrepancies and resolving issues with various contacts.
• Telephone, email, and in-person communication with internal employees from field offices to executive management.
• Understanding and analyzing shipping documents.
• Research and resolution of customer invoice issues.
• Learning and understanding industry requirements and changes.
• Interacting with the customer via phone, email, portals, and EDI connections.
