  • Learning and understanding industry requirements and changes.
  • Interacting with the customer via phone, email, portals, and EDI connections.

Responsibilities will include:

  • 3-5 years of relevant office experience we prefer corporate collections if possible.
  • Can work independently
  • Likes problem solving and digging into issues and fixing the route cause
  • Personable-more customer service then aggressive collections
  • Comfortable interactive with executives of the company.
  • Efficient in Microsoft excel
