This role follows a hybrid work model with in‑office Wednesdays and Thursdays and remote work otherwise, subject to business needs. The position emphasizes account monitoring, customer communications, and ongoing delinquency reduction, with use of Salesforce, Unified Desktop, and LeaseWave.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Collections/Customer Service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Works well within a team and inter‑departmentally to meet service levels
• Proven analytical problem solving skills and basic math
• Able to multitask and excel in a fast paced environment
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Familiar with Salesforce, Unified Desktop, LeaseWave

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and process refunds and account adjustments
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
• Handle customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, reconciliations and credit memos
• Build and maintain relationships with Customers, Dealers, Canon entities and associates
• Escalate when necessary and resolve issues timely and accurately
• Reduce delinquency and resolve disputes within 90 days
• Manage customers with multiple schedules
• Update core systems and maintain contact and virtual account database
• Deliver professional, courteous service aligned with the Canon Brand image
