Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a 60-Day Collector to help reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio. You will contact customers 31–60 days past due, negotiate payment plans, and meet daily/monthly targets.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of FDCPA. If you excel in a high-volume, on-site environment with team collaboration, this position offers solid earning potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in collections preferred; knowledge of FDCPA.
• Able to type at least 35 WPM and navigate data-entry systems.
• Ability to meet daily/monthly goals with quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers to develop payment plans.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly goals.
• Make outbound calls to secure payments or timely arrangements.
• Collaborate with teammates to support department goals.
• Manage a high volume of calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers when needed.
• Coordinate with repossession agents to secure collateral.
