CFS in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Collections Specialist to join the Accounting team and help improve cash flow. You will manage customer accounts, follow up on past-due balances, and resolve billing disputes while maintaining strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collections or accounts receivable, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Experience working with aging reports, customer accounts, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• The Collections Specialist will contact customers regarding past-due invoices and work to secure timely payments.
• Research and resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and account issues.
• The Collections Specialist will monitor aging reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Partner with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service teams to resolve account concerns.
