Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, and email.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and review loan documentation.
• Advise customers on actions and develop repayment strategies.
• Record financial status and collection efforts in the system.
• Process payments and transfers as received.
• Prepare documents for recourse actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank conduct and policies.
