Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound servicing, negotiating to resolve accounts, maintaining accurate documentation, and working with internal teams both in person and remotely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously.
• Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with all financial servicing needs through inbound and outbound contact.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters following applicable laws and FDCPA.
• Maintain and note all appropriate information on customer and account status.
• Collaborate with both in person and virtual internal teams.
