OneMain is seeking a Collections Specialist to support customers through digital channels, helping them access repayment options and improve their financial outlook. The role spans personal loans and credit card servicing.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, texts and web chats, negotiating accounts, documenting status, and coordinating with internal teams to meet targets in Fort Mill, SC. Training lasts two weeks in classroom instruction then hands-on mentorship; onsite schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously
• Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial servicing needs via inbound and outbound contact.
• Work cooperatively and independently to meet targets and manage multiple tasks.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters, following laws and policies.
• Maintain and note information on customer and account status.
• Collaborate with internal teams using available technology.
