Ledgent in Simi Valley is seeking an A/R Collections Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with an ASAP start.

Ideal candidates will excel in phone and email communication, customer service, math, Excel, and QuickBooks, and will handle aging reports, past-due accounts, disputes, and documenting collection activity.

• $24-$25/hour
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• 100% onsite in Simi Valley

Ideal candidates will have strong phone/email communication, customer service, math, Excel, and QuickBooks skills. Previous collections experience is preferred.

This position will focus heavily on customer outreach, aging reports, past-due accounts, dispute resolution, and documenting collection activity.
