AWP Safety, Inc. is hiring a Customer Relations Collections Specialist in the United States. This role focuses on accurate and timely invoicing and collections to ensure payments are received within defined terms.

The position requires collaboration across Field, Billing, Sales, and AR teams to optimize processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AR/Billing, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years AR/Billing experience preferred.
• Pay application, lien waiver, and contract management experience preferred.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Description

As the Customer Relations Collections Specialist, this role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people and time. This role will focus on accurate and timely invoicing to our customers. The Customer Relations Collections Specialist is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals with a focus on ensuring all payments are received within the defined terms.

Responsibilities

• Perform collections aligned to dunning timelines
• Execute outreach via email, calls, and portals

• Collaborate with the Field, Billing Team, Sales, and Accounts Receivable Team to ensure payments for assigned customers are received within terms and applied properly
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors using standardized templates
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers
• Communicate with internal and/or external customers
• Participate in governance calls and daily huddles as required
• Act as a resource for other functions within AWP
• Provide training and support as requested
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years AR/Billing experience preferred
• Pay application, lien waiver, and contract management experience preferred
