Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a B2B Collections Specialist for a well-established construction services client based in New Jersey. You will manage a portfolio of about 300 accounts and handle high-volume communications with customers by phone and email.

You will work with the sales team to resolve disputes, pull context and documentation, and create Excel reports on DSO and AR aging. Weekly team meetings support cross-functional collaboration.
